1. Our SMS program provides appointment reminders and confirmations related to our solar power services. Users can expect reminders for upcoming appointments, as well as confirmations once an appointment has been scheduled.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
